The dog name is Prya. She was being kept in a fenced in area with a chain that weighed more than her.
Prya had jumped over the fence and was hung by her neck. When the police arrived on scene, she was still hanging by the chain, and she was trying to push herself up by getting her footing in between the metal chain links. Priya was so weak, she couldn’t hold herself up.
The police officer
The police officer thought for sure she was dead, but they got her back over the fence and were able to save her life. They found out that priya’s owner had left her in the enclosure and abandoned her to starve.
Prya was taken to Humans and Animals United. In there, she was take care by the doctors. She recived have full of love and protection.
Currently, she is living happily at this new shelter.
